Questions, Answered

No. Drop-in is always available so you can try a class without any commitment. Blocks save you money per class and work well if you want a consistent training routine, but there's no pressure to buy in advance.

Yes, completely. Every exercise has a coached, scaled version and you'll never be left to figure things out alone. If you've never lifted before, Development Strength is the best place to start. You'll learn technique from day one in a group where everyone's been in your position.

Yes. Block credits work across all five class types, so you can mix and match week to week. Core and Conditioning on Wednesday and Intermediate Strength on Friday? That's absolutely fine.

Absolutely. Many members train around injuries or are returning after time off, pregnancy or illness. Just mention it before your first session and I'll adapt things to where you are right now. We build carefully and progress at your pace.

Classes are capped at 8 members so everyone gets real coaching attention, not just a count-along. You won't get lost in a crowd or left to work things out on your own.

Just yourself and something to drink. The studio has all the equipment you need. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Flat-soled trainers are best for lifting, but any supportive shoe works to start.

Life happens. Just message me as early as you can and we'll sort it. Full cancellation terms will be shared when you book, but I'll always try to work with you.
